Jamming With The Angels® is a newly trademarked music/sound healing class that has many levels of support built in. It uses musical improvisational techniques with voice, bass viol, crystal bowls and percussion instruments such as bells, drums and rattles. Everyone has the opportunity to play, sing or move free-style to Rebecca’s own original compositions. It is a time of fun, freedom, music and healing with angels.

This class explores the principles of Donna Gates’ book: The Body Ecology Diet. Body Ecology food samples and snacks will be offered with tea. Also included are experiential techniques for empowering the mind, body and spirit to help support you on your Body Ecology journey.
